Shipping Policy

At this time, Flower Fragrance House ships to addresses in the state of Ohio ONLY. We are working to change this as soon as possible!

Shipping is free on all orders using the USPS ground shipping option during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping option is selected prior to submitting or finalizing an order.

Lost & Stolen Merchandise:

Flower Fragrance House is not responsible for the cost of merchandise or any other costs associated with lost or stolen packages of our products once under the control of our shipping and logistics partners or any time thereafter.

We prioritize the fast and efficient delivery of your order, but due to the nature of utilizing third-party logistics partners, we cannot "guarantee" delivery dates for online orders.

NOTE: Special orders will be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchasing agreement for each order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We work to ensure our products meet each customers' expectations! However, we understand that you may need to return or exchange an item for one reason or another. 

 

All Flower Fragrance House products are eligible for return or exchange with proof of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Purchase date must be less than or equal to 30 days from the date of return or exchange.

  • Merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be unused.

Costs of Returns & Exchanges:

Customer initiated return and exchange shipping costs and all other associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Excludes exchanges initiated by Flower Fragrance House.

Damaged on Receipt:

In the event a customer receives damaged merchandise from an online order, the damaged item(s) will be eligible for a credit or refund to the purchasing customer under the following conditions:

  • Customer must provide proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt).

Return & Exchange Approval:

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval prior to any refunds or credits being issued or processed.

Each return or exchange is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Policy Changes and Revisions:

Flower Fragrance House reserves the right to update and revise all Store and Site policies, including the Shipping & Returns policy, at any time with or without prior notice.
